Join us for Historic York Inc.'s Annual Meeting:
Historic York, Inc. & Architectural Warehouse

Since 1976, Historic York, Inc. has encouraged the conservation of York County's architectural history by preserving sites such as the Cookes House, the Willis House, the Kirk House, the Forry House, Cross Mill, the Codorus Ironmaster's House and the one-of-a-kind Haines Shoe House, all important buildings within York County’s built heritage. Most recently, Historic York, Inc. assisted with the restoration of the Hanover Junction Railroad Station and the Farquhar Park Bandstand.

Historic buildings and sites play an important role in defining our community's identity by telling York's unique story. They serve as tangible links to our past, energize our economy, and ensure the continuity and stability of our neighborhoods.

With such diverse initiatives as Architectural Warehouse, Preservation Services, easements, walking tours, newsletters, informative meetings, seminars, and special events, Historic York, Inc. is a constant voice within the community towards revitalization, improved quality of life, and conservation of historic resources for future generations.
